Horrible!
When I started with two dogs with this company they were great. The bills got insane on my older pet from them with NO CLAIMS. The premium went through the roof. My younger dog's premiums are now insane. Very few claims 2 years ago. This company will price gouge you. Expect it! I would not chose them! You call they are of no help. They have clueless customer service agents.

It’s decent. I adopted a dog from a rescue shelter who has allergies. Apparently allergies won’t be covered since he had it prior to the adoption. I find that part to be sad. While I have a similar mission of saving dogs instead of buying a puppy like most people, apparently only the ones who buy puppies without preexisting allergies will be covered. That wouldn’t surprise me with a typical insurance, but I guess ASPCA is no different than any other insurance since my sister with a dog with allergies is covered but bought as a puppy.
