Very Satisfied With Claims Process
It was very easy to file a claim. Everything was done online. I received a confirmation email stating that they received my claim and that I could check on the status on the Pets Best dashboard. 5 days later I received a letter stating that the claim had been processed and approved and to look at the dashboard for the amount being paid. The letter also stated that the payment would be deposited into my bank account within 5 to 7 business days. I received the payment on the 7th day. I’m very satisfied with the whole process. With that being said, I would have liked to talk to a representative about some questions that I had.
Don't take your babies here
Care to explain why you administered medications to my pet before consulting with me (the pet owner) first? You gave my baby zorbium a STRONG long lasting opiate, along with two other medications (gabapentin & Prozac ) that are listed on the Zorbium website list of medications NOT to be given with the medication to my baby? Then you indirectly attacked me in a inaccurate response on your Google page/reviews? What you did was 110% against the law! To anyone whom may read this DO NOT take your babies there! Y'all don't have to believe me but go and read the vets office response to my review and you'll see where gabapentin and Prozac was administered to my baby with zorbium when it plainly states on the zorbian website a long list of medications that are not supposed to be given with zorbium. She admitted in her response to me that those medications were given to my baby. Everything that she had stated in her response to me wasn't only inaccurate but completely manipulative and severely deceiving. Do your own research and you'll see that why I am saying is accurate.

Beware
Beware, misleading benefits! This company will apply deductible AFTER applying your percentage. This has a significant impact on expected payment especially on a accident policy. Case In point, $500 ded, 70/30 on a 800 dollar emergency. Instead of the expected 150-200 payment they paid Less than $2 dollars. This is not industry standard. Beware.! I will never deal with this company again.

I only had coverage for 3 months when my 4 month old puppy accidentally fractured her leg. Pets Best provided coverage and reimbursement exactly as promised for her emergency room and surgery bills. Payment was deposited into my checking account in about 10 days. Thanks Pets Best!
Recommend PetsBest to EVERYONE
I started using PetsBest because my employer offered discounts on their plans. Best decision I have ever made. I hear horror stories about other insurance companies and I'm grateful to have never had issues with PetsBest. I was actually expecting a big bill recently to be denied or only received a small portion back. I had to spend over $1000 on behavioral services after my dog was attacked and struggling to get back to normal. I got almost everything back. My dog is now on an expensive prescription to help with the reactivity and PetsBest covers all but like $10. We would not be able to afford the medication and visits without this insurance and I couldn't be more grateful. All three of my pets have coverage and I tell everyone they need to use PetsBest. PetsBest is cheaper than a lot of the insurance companies that do far leas for their customers. Appreciate you all :)
