Rates go up
I'm staying with Healthy Paws because I had such good service from them when I had to file a claim. That was in 2020 (three years ago). However, my monthly premium has gone up over 300% since 2020, so much that I had to lower my coverage level to afford it. Maybe it's because of my zip code, and my dog is now going on 14 years old. I just hope the rate change doesn't mean Healthy Paws was bought out by some other company that will downgrade services as a cost cutting measure.

Easy Peasy - Competitive Prices as well
Extremely easy to navigate - competitive prices as compared to other pet insurance providers. Also, Trupanion was recommended by my Vet, who I trust very much.
