Sneaky horrible company
Sneaky company. Doesn’t care about you. Money hungry and won’t take care of what need to be paid for and finds a gray area so they don’t have to pay you anything. Customer service is awful and rude

Parents of 2 senior cats.
We have two 15 year old cats covered by Embrace. One of our girls has lymphoma. After the first submission that took about 2 months to process each additional one has been a breeze. The team at Embrace is prompt in their response and extremely kind. If you've got a pet, get insurance and if you get insurance get Embrace. Thankfully, our other girl has no health issues. We're one happy family.

Very easy to file a claim. Claims are paid promptly with an explanation as to the amount paid and why Would highly recommend them to insure your pet

***Fraudulent Information***
I was extremely disappointed with Embrace during my renewal and addition of my new pet. After 9 years of being a client I would hope they would stand behind their word. I had an intake call where I received contradictory information and Embrace and their fraudulent practices cost me over $100 in deductible claims. Convenient for them they did not have to cover my pet and honor the information I was given by their representative. They reviewed the call and heard the fraudulent information, but didn't care. Sadly I am stuck with this dishonorable company as I have to many pre existing conditions with my 9 year old dog at this point. If you are shopping for pet insurance, do yourself a favor and go with another company that is honest and stands by the information their representatives provide.

Buyer beware
In over 2 1/2 years I was reimbursed only $129 for all vet bills. And paid over $2500 in premiums. Raised the premiums every year. Not to mention had to pay thousand of dollars in vet bills. Everything is preexising. My fault for not cancelling sooner. Buyer beware

Really good Pet Insurance
This is the second surgery in 6 months that my dog, Sadie had to have tumors taken off her body. Thank goodness for Pets Best Insurance. After I sent them the bills and all relevant paperwork for the surgery, etc; I first received an email from Pets Best letting me know it was still under review, two days later I got another email stating I was going to get a check for various items. Again, I couldn't be happier and today I took Sadie for her last visit from the surgery ( it healed with no problems) and I let the Vet what insurance I had and I was told he would recommend Pets Best to patients if asked.

First time user with a new puppy.
I am a new puppy owner and this is the first time I have ever had pet insurance. Took my puppy to the vet and then within 2 days sent the bill to Embrace. Everything was reimbursed even the taxes! Vey impressed with this company and how they keep their word. It was easy and a pleasure to deal with them.
