I have asked twice now for explanation to why I haven't heard back about 2 claims I made. NO RESPONSE. I am paying a lot of money for this insurance and am not happy with customer service response, or lack of.

Is Wellness benefit really worth the cost?

I have a claim but I’m having difficulty filling. I need the reimbursement to be able to may my months bill
I have a claim but I’m having difficulty finding where and how to file a claim. Now my monthly payment is past due and I have no money to pay for it as I was counting on my reimbursement for over $1000 visit to my dogs veterinary. I can make my payment if only I can get reimbursed. But seems like I’ll be dropped by you before I can even file

Best Ins we have had
Metlife has been by far the best pet insurance we have had. Very prompt with doing claims and payout. The only thing I don't like is the APP you can't see certain things on it but when you call them they answer all your questions and are great. I have 3 dogs on it and another one soon.
