Insurance coverage and claim processing
The Embrace Insurance Company has been amazing regarding coverage of our dog's visits and treatments. The process to file a claim could not be easier. The instructions to do so are very user friendly, very clear. Claim refunds (for lack of a better word) are very efficient and quick. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that Sofia's care is covered. It enables us to provide to her the best possible care to keep her healthy for what we hope will be a long, happy life!!! This review is applicable to visit/treatment dates beginning 05/08/24 through 09/23/24

Room for improvement
It is relatively easy to submit a claim, however it is difficult to submit more than 1 invoice. I needed to take my dog for a re-check the next day and there is no way to submit a second invoice for the same claim. Also, I was very disappointed that what seemed like a very clear diagnosis of poisoning, was initially denied by claims under my accidental policy. I had to quote policy definitions and submit additional doctor notes in order to have my claim paid. On the positive side, the reimbursement of funds was very quick once the claim was covered.

Just bought this pet insurance…
Just bought this pet insurance recommended by Prescott Animal Hospital. However, this is a recurring incident from the ER so I have not filed a claim. But I have had pet insurance before (years ago when I worked for the insurance company who first started it) and loved it. Peace of mind is everything!

Reimbursement for Wellness Examination
I put in a claim for a wellness examination and inoculations for my dog, which was very easily done on the computer. Within 12 hours my claim was accepted and I was honestly reimbursed. It is such a pleasure to deal with such an honest and reliable company.

WORST PET INSURANCE EVER!!!
WORST PET INSURANCE EVER!!! I enrolled my young dogs and my oldest on this pet insurance. None of the dogs had any pre-existing conditions except one could not eat chicken dog food. They were on the plan for over 3 years. The only thing this company would cover is the wellness it is useless for anything else. Thanks to this company when we enrolled into a different one for pet insurance my youngest dog has a pre-existing condition now, she was enrolled when she was 2 months old and had nothing. So from now on her allergies will not be covered because of embrace. They put you through hoops and will cover nothing. I have one of the best vets there is in our County and they tell everyone to stay away from this company. The most Shady unreliable company for pet insurance.
