Amazing pet insurance provider!
Pets Best is super reliable and easy to use. I recently submitted a claim for my cat’s flea medication, thinking that it would not be covered, but Pets Best covered the full amount! They have also saved me thousands of dollars when my cat had to have an emergency endoscopy. I also appreciate that it’s really fast and easy to submit claims. I’m really happy to have them as my pet insurance provider.

The App Needs Work
The company is good, pays claims in a timely manner. It's the App that's frustrating. Extremely slow to process anything, causing me to give it up for the day. And the user interface could use an upgrade.

Your increase was excessive, price gouging to the max!!!!!!!
I was happy with this insurance, but at the end of last year they raised my premiums by about $150..I think this is excessive as I have been a member for over 5 or 6 years..That is excessive!!!!!!!!There is no reason for that!!!!!

Don’t get this insurance
Don’t get this insurance. Fine if you have a puppy, but if you use it or your dog happens to get older, they will make it so unaffordable that you will be forced to cancel. And then you will have a dog who will have a preexisting condition so that you can’t get other insurance.
