The website UX needs a little improvement and I was given different hours of operation(agents vs website). I had a few unpleasant experiences. I had somewhat been given the run around. Due to a transfer of ownership I had spoken to a few different agents but none could compare to Amanda Mello. I had not only the best conversation with her but she consolidated my decision with staying with Fetch. Although I have already done my own research on Fetch Amanda had assured me that it was the right choice. She started the conversation with a welcoming and warm ambiance. She answered all my inquiries clearly, concisely, and encouraged entreatment of future query. As she went through the policy she gave possible situations that may occur and where the policy would be beneficial in those instances. Aside from being amicable, and knowledgeable, Amanda has conveyed just how much she cares and how gratifying it is working for Fetch. It was truly a great pleasure and fantastic experience to confer with Amanda. She is sunshine incarnate, a constellation brought to life, and a veracious star in your sea of representatives. Cheap but very slow process times
Very slow to process claims. My first claim they denied because they didn’t have my personal information which was on my paperwork. My second claim they said my dog wasn’t on the account even though he’s the only animal I have on my account. I’ve now been waiting almost 20 days for them to process my latest claim which I expect to still be processed given that I canceled my account today and that should have been processed weeks ago.
