coverage denied
Denied for age limit stating my cat is 8 (he's barely 7). Sent proof of age. (I thought there was no age limit though....) Denied for congenital heart defect (which is stable and presents no symptoms.) I don't understand why that disqualifies him completely from any coverage! After several emails, I had to call three times for this entire hassle spanning a few weeks just to get denied for bull that should have been stated clearly on the application and not even have allowed me to click submit. --- Good Afternoon, I am sorry to hear of your enrollment experience. Nationwide does have non-enrollable medical conditions due to the secondary issues it can cause. At times, it is not that we want to deny enrollment, but we realize that a policy may not be the best financially for you or your pet. Thank you, Nancy --- I am certain it would be better financially to have insurance to cover the plethora of possible veterinary issues that could occur rather than not have insurance at all because it won't cover the relatively small amount of possibly related "secondary issues" (regardless whether they actually result from the initial medical condition.)

Spot Was There When We Needed Them
Stewart had Spot Pet Insurance for 2 years and we didn't need it much, until we did. This past month has been one of the hardest for my family as we had to say goodbye to Stewart after 13 years of love and companionship. Spot made the process as painless as possible and even after submitting the final paperwork for when we said goodbye to Stewart, they even canceled the policy for us and sent a note to my email about how sorry to hear about Stewart they were. I have suggested Spot to everyone I know with a fur baby and when I inevitably let another fluffy friend back in my heart, will definitely be returning to Spot.

What a great company
What a great company! I have had this insurance for less than 5 years and I have never used it. I figured it would be a pain to go thru but it was so easy so simple so fast as well! I submitted my vet bill and within days I was reimbursed! All I can say is thank you Embrace for your quick response to my claim! I would recommend this pet insurance to anyone! Thank you Embrace!
