Embrace has been beyond amazing and has been the best decision for my pets ever! I didn't realize how worth it getting pet insurance would be! You really don't know until you really need it and while it's unfortunate all the procedures and treatments my pets had to go through, I'm so grateful for Embrace. From the customer service, to the quick and easy process and response time for submitting a claim and being reimbursed, I can't say thank you enough!

To start, I switched from Allstate Insurance because I wasn’t informed about a claim made against me. The agent apologized sincerely, admitting they weren’t aware that there was video footage from the BMW compound that could have cleared me. I then connected with Sonnet, where an agent provided me with a good quote online and encouraged me to explore other options without any pressure. The agent was very professional and knowledgeable, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience.

Robot decides payment & Very Expensive
Too expensive & I recommend you triple check your invoices because a robot reviews them & decides on payment. I just had to argue an invoice that went towards wellness & found out the robot Apollo mis-diagnosed my invoice. Now I'm going to go back & triple check everything which I don't have time to do.
