Well worth it.
Well worth it. I have had MetLife for many years for all four of our fur babies for many years. I only had one claim denied due to our new rescue almost dying and the illness was not covered. The autoimmune disease occurred two days before the illness portion of the policy would have been effective. We took this precious rescue dog on two weeks prior when he all of the sudden seemed to have given up on life. I ended up having pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to get him care he needed to survive. That was disappointing, I was told by the claim rep that if they were to make an exception for us then they would have to make an exception for everyone. My heart dropped when she told me this. However just because one person made a bad call doesn’t make the whole company bad.

Filing a claim was very quick and easy. I was told the next day that Trupanion would cover the 90% they promised and with everything going on with my dog, it was a huge relief.

Pet’s Best is the best!
I have a rescue dog that has allergies. When I take him in I just take a photo of my vet bill and submit a claim online. It takes me 1-2 minutes. They email me when the claim is accepted and approved. Then the payment goes directly into my checking account. It’s so EASY! Now I can take my fur baby to the vet and not have to worry. Thank you.

The price increase is really expensive and customer service attitude
The price increase is really expensive. I spoke to a woman named Diana who just not very informative and had no sympathy for me when I told her about my dog that passed away. When I told her I wanted my deceased dog off the policy and to add my new dog, she thought I wanted all 3 dogs but I told her again no just 2 dogs. I had to remind her that one of my dogs had passed away. Shortly after our call was disconnected. I called back and spoke with another woman named Victoria. Her demeanor was so plain and I felt that my call with her was wasting her time.
