After a heart murmur was found in our puppy, they decided to state that it was a pre-existing condition. Even after the vet recorded that it was an "innocent" murmur, meaning it won't cause problems, they denied the claim. I've paid thousands in premiums over the years for different dogs and I have to say that this is a total waste of money. They're horrible.

Exceeded expectations
Submitted the claim, with copy of the invoice paid. Spot obtained whatever records needed directly from the vet, allowed all charges ( no quibbling over small amounts, etc), and issued my claim payment directly to my account. Claim was processed within 1 week. I am impressed, very happy and highly recommend Spot insurance.
