They will refuse most of the claims
Please be cautious with this pet insurance provider if you don't want to face difficulties when you need them the most. Although their charges are lower compared to other providers: 1. They delay payments for a very long time. 2. They often deny claims, stating it's your mistake. 3. If you raise an issue, they will easily let you go. I was with them for one year and got nothing in return. I wasted my money on premiums and medical expenses, and now I have to start over with a different provider.

I have had Embrace for about 4 years…will always keep them.
I have had Embrace for about 4 years now, having three of our dogs covered by their insurance. Their claims submission process is very easy, and they process the claims promptly. Their customer service is great, and their coverage plans and choices are numerous to fit your needs. I highly recommend Embrace. They are also compassionate and understanding when dealing with you.
