Warning
Warning, do not get this insurance for your pet. My pets policy went up from $65 monthly to $179 monthly from 2024 to 2025. I have been a customer for 9 years and have referred many people. I will no longer keep a policy with this company or recommend it after this experience. I’m deeply saddened by this price gouging. Disappointed Vet Tech

I’ve used Embrace for 3 of my 4 cats( the z4th one I adopted when he was 14 so he wasn’t eligible for coverage l). All payments have been made promptly. Any payments not made were explained in detail with the option of calling for more information. Recently, one of my cats was so ill she had to be euthanized. The staff at Embrace were very sympathetic and kind. I have never had any issues with staff with this company. Everyone has always been kind, knowledgeable and sympathetic. I will continue using them my pet insurance needs.
