I just filed my first claim for my pet Rocky. Unfortunately his health declined rapidly and I ended up having to euthanize him. My claims were processed quickly and I even received a note with their condolences and telling me Rocky’s policy would be canceled the day he died so I wouldn’t have additional charges for it.

Transparent, fast for the big things, good communication
I have had Pets Best for a little over two years now after I rescued my pup. Overall, I have found them to be entirely transparent on his coverage, what the decision on my claims are and why, as well as any updates and changes along the way. I will say, at times, with my smaller claims (he receives monthly allergy shots during the warmer months), they do not process them super quickly but they send status updates and do get to it. The one time I had to use them in a more emergency situation where he needed surgery, they responded to the claim very quickly and were wonderful to work with. They direct deposit closed claims right to my bank account and I get communication along the way as they do. I have recommended them to friends who have also had positive experiences. Including one who had a major, several thousand dollar surgery, and they had reimbursements within three business days.
