Embrace always finds an excuse not to pay what you spend since I have this insurance, they always come up with an excuse. I'm tired of them never paying, a lot of talk but they don't pay. I'm going to change to another insurance that has more peace of mind for me and my dog Lola. I'm retired and I live only on my paycheck and sometimes I think I can't even pay other bills. Omg, how hard it all is.

Almost impossible to cancel
When you want to cancel, they make you wait for hours on the phone. You need to call them and they transfer you to the only agent in the world. They just hope you hang up before they answer!

Just remember cancel fees of you old policy if its not the renewal date. There is a down payment of 2 months so the initial setup fee can be pretty high.

They’re fine if you have time to argue.
They consistently deny my claims stating my invoice is unclear (the invoice is a direct screenshot or file from email) impossible to be blurry or illegible. I always appeal and send them the exact thing I have already sent them and then it’s good enough.
