Incredible company and service!
Your customer service reps I’ve spoken with on the phone have always been caring, knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. I went through a scary situation with my dog this year and I was so grateful to be able to get her into an Urgent Care as soon as possible without worry of extra expenses in such a stressful moment. It allowed me to focus on what was most important- taking care of my injured dog. I’ve recommended Spot to several friends as I live in a very dog friendly beach town in San Diego. I’m extremely satisfied with our coverage and service and will continue singing your praises. Redemption!! Embrace Rocks!!
Redemption!! In the blink of an eye and without a warning, my Husky suffered a herniated disc which was very painful and debilitating...and also very expensive to diagnose & treat. Embrace helped take some of the pain away by covering all expenses according to my policy! Since then, Stella Blue has regained her ability to walk and she doesn't seem to be in pain. All the folks at embrace have been AWESOME to work with !!
