Call over chat because chat agents are ignorant :)
Giving my review a 3 star because of the person I talked to on the phone. This review would be a 1 star if it wasn’t for him. Honestly wish I had an email I could contact to put in a complaint about the last chat agent I spoke to. I told him to put in a note of a complaint of his service but he ended the chat immediately so he probably didn’t. So I’ll leave it here instead. Absolutely rude and ignorant chat agent. Considering I also work in insurance and wouldn’t be able to act that way to customers at my job was just absolutely floored :) The call agent I appreciated and he’s the only reason I didn’t cancel my service completely. The chat agent I spoke to before the person on the phone left a bad taste for me though and seemed like he knew absolutely nothing and was completely rude and defensive about it.

"On November 19, I took my dog to the vet for lameness. He was x-rayed and given medication. Two days later on November 21 I got an email explaining everything and showing the amount that I would be reimbursed. On November 27, it was deposited into my account! I was totally shocked at the speed that this claim was resolved. Great job! Thank you!"
