Great Experience
We've had Healthy Paws Insurance for our dog since the day we brought him home, and their service has been outstanding from the very beginning. Over the years, our pup has faced some complex medical issues, and Healthy Paws has been there to support us every step of the way. They handled all our claims promptly and professionally, and we were never caught off guard regarding the benefits of our plan.

Typical insurance - denying legitimate claims.
My premium went up roughly 20% with no notice and then a wellness check for my older dog was denied because we also got blood work done to check on liver levels, which were elevated a year ago. I brought this up to the company and said I could have taken my dog in for two separate appointments,(wellness check, and then go back for a blood draw) but that causes extra stress on my dog. Spot Pet Insurance said they want to do everything they can to make their customers happy, but they wouldn't move off of this claim. Clearly they don't want to do everything possible. It was a simple request given I've paid them thousands of dollars. Even if I had not have paid a lot of money already, it is still a reasonable request.
