Trupanion has very responsive. My only concern has been the steep increase in price for one of my pets.
Trupanion has consistently responded to my every claim. I have insured 3 of my dogs, since 1993 or so & Trupanion has always been there for us for which I’ll always be grateful. After my heart is somewhat healed from the recent loss of my beloved Piper, I plan to insure my future dog with Trupanion. Thank you for being there !

According to our Ophthalmologist’s clinic manager, our plan will cover Murphy’s upcoming surgery when most other plans won’t, which just proves to us (again!!) that Trupanion was the Best choice we could have made for Murphy!! Knowing that 90%of approved services will be covered with NO deductible is a huge comfort when deciding on the best treatment plan for our boy. Thank you so much for that peace of mind!!

Trupanion has been great about covering everything that falls under my pup's plan. Payment is usually very quick and hassle free and when I've needed to call I've never had a single unpleasant experience. That said, coverage is expensive and the price goes up constantly. Is it worth it? Yes, absolutely. Do I recommend it to others? Yes, constantly!
