Just had a large vet bill for my dog and pets best really came through for me. They were quick to process my claim, just waiting on the payment to be deposited. Really pleased with their coverage and how they communicate.

Terrible companyShocking business
Terrible company. I do not do business with them and yet the took money from my account . I tried to contact them numerous times and it is impossible. I am currently still waiting on their number after an hour to 'Speak' to someone. The chat will not allow you to ask questions and write them in the box for you. Not a great business or service. I dread to try to get through if you need any help.

Insurance is great but if you use it…
Insurance is great but if you use it will go up like car insurance boat insurance. Good insurance but God takes care of me they raised mine from 847 to 1323 dollars. They are good but ridiculous on raising the price like that. You seem to not be able to take care of nothing with this companies.
