I have had to use my insurance once on each of my dogs so far. I opted to get pre-certification for both instances and there were no problems. I understood what they needed and what would be covered and had no surprises. Filing the claims is super easy online and payment is quick. The only part of the process that is undesirable is the long wait times on the phone. Understandable. I recommend Embrace to all of my furry parent friends.

Processing Claims
The employees I've spoken with are extremely helpful and friendly, and the process is extremely easy. However, processing claims seems to take a while. My baby was constipated and the vet tried 3 different things. With no progress she had to have an enema. The first claim has been in review several days. The second claim has just started.

A Pet Parent's Best Friend
I have never felt compelled to write a review for a service until now. And it's insurance of all things. :) We have been customers of Healthy Paws for about 7 years and they have been absolutely critical keeping our boy Duke alive and happy. Duke has had a series of unpredictable but life-threatening systemic issues, some acute and some needing ongoing treatment/medication. I have been absolutely surprised and elated at how easy and fast I was able to submit claims and get reimbursed. It's also very hard to find pet insurance with no annual max, but thankfully I selected a policy with the right company. In 2024, Duke's medical bills are pretty close to $30,000. Our decisions in very emotional and tense moments have been focused 100% on what is best for him. I don't have to worry about paying for his care and I am confident in how much reimbursement we will get. Duke is the poster child for why pet insurance is an absolute must and I highly recommend Healthy Paws.

So fast and easy to send claims
Pets Best makes it so nice and easy to send in a claim. Sent claim in on a Thursday afternoon and got notified Sunday that it had processed! Only 3 days, very fast! So simple to do, thanks Pets Best!
