We own to German Shepard girls and on occassions they get sick and need to pay a visit to the vet, I'm so glad we've them insured through Healthy Paws, they've been so kind and courteous anytime I put through a claim and as usual they process my claims in a timely fashion, so if you must take your pets to the vet be sure to have them insured through Healthy Paws, you'll be real happy that you did!

I have had Healthy Paws Insurance on my sweet service dog since she was placed with me years ago. As she’s aged she has inevitably had more medical issues. Healthy Paws has been excellent every step of the way. Their app is easy to use, their customer service has been great (the one or two times I have had to call them), and they process claims quickly with fast direct deposit into my account. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a pet insurance company. I would not have been able to afford all of the care my sweet girl has needed without them. I’m a customer for life!

I very disgusted with Pets Best. Their payment for the policy may be very low but their customer service is horrible. I am very unhappy with my last claim payment. I tried to call for an explanation but could not reach anyone. I am ready to close this service and look elsewhere. I understand there have been problems with COVID but they should have someone answering the phone. I do not see a problem with them deducting my payment for the policy every month. They make sure there are employees to handle that part of their business

Good customer service on chat function on website. My one dog has a high deductible so nothing has been paid for us yet- she has been fairly healthy! But good to know we have it if something big happens.

I found Trupanion extremely easy to work with. Easy to upload invoice and payment of invoice follows very quickly. I would definitely recommend this pet insurance company as it was recommended to me.
