Worst pet insurance in the world
Worst pet insurance in the world and I don’t know how many years I paid ridiculous payments of 200 to 230.00 an month and I blame myself for staying with them but it was mostly due to the years of an investment with them. when my dog passed away I sent them the information and they said sorry about your dog and within days they hit my credit card again for a monthly payment and they promised me a refund on the payment for insurance after my dog died. My dog has been passed away for three weeks and they hit my card for another payment and they owe me a separate refund. I have called them twice. I’ve emailed them several times and as of today my refund should be in my account actually a couple days ago, but they are still not there because these people are liars and they’ll hit your card, but they won’t remember to refund the overcharges absolutely never ever ever use this company again. What a garbage company they are and heartless people. Most likely they will respond to this with oh my we’re so sorry and we’re going to fix this right away, but they’ve had weeks to do it and they haven’t done a damn thing. I haven’t blocked their account because they’re supposed to refund me through the card on my account, but I’m probably going to have to block it because they’ll just randomly hit my card for anything.

rate keep going up
I've been a client for many years and the rate just keep increasing. It's not really worth it at this point. The worst part is that they do not cover tooth extraction from cavities, which will cost you about $2000+. Stay away and look for a company that do provide dental coverage

Our complete accident and illness plan covers injury to the teeth if it is caused by an accident, including extractions and reconstruction of damaged teeth. Like some other pet insurance companies, our plan does not cover the regular dental care required to maintain dental hygiene for the pet. By making routine dental cleaning part of the pet parent's financial responsibility, it allows us to offer a complete accident and illness plan

This was the wisest decision I’ve made as a pet owner. EMBRACE was the insurance company my Veterinarian advised me to purchase. He explained how user friendly they were. How they covered what the policy states, the claims were simple, and the reimbursement was almost instantaneous. He was 100% correct! I highly recommend EMBRACE to all pet owners!

I signed up after I seen no wait period…
I signed up after I seen no wait period online..my dog had what we thought was an infection and was dying.. She ended up having colitis..still an emergency..then was told we didn't qualify cuz it wouldn't start til 2 weeks later and I asked if I could restart claim later and was told no..This was an emergency and unexpected bill that I couldn't afford atm..not something that is typical for me..they told me I signed something in tiny print sating I would have to wait..then why state online there wasn't one

Signed up in May 2024
Signed up in May 2024. I had read there was a discount for veterans, but no option was given for one. Tried asking about that with no response. Still, price was okay so I kept policy. I uploaded all med records for my kitten so that they would be on file if needed, per suggestion on website. My kitten got sick in July and I submitted a claim for him. About a week and a half later, was told to submit all med records for prior to illness. ALREADY DID THAT IN MAY! Now indicates I will have to wait about 15 more days. If med records were missing they lost them. I submitted within a few days of signing up for insurance. All signs, so far, point to I should cut my losses and run.
