Great service from Trupanion
Our maltese was neutered and had complications because a testicule was embedded inside near a kidney. The extra costs of the operation, which lasted 3 hours according to the vet, was paid (90%) less the deductible. Trupanion handled all the paperwork with the Vet Hospital.
My veterinary clinic takes care of all the work submitting the claims on my behalf. I supply the forms and they submit. It is a very easy process for me.
My vet office put the claim through for me and I immediately got a text that my claim was in review. Within 15 minutes my claim was reviewed and applied and I was able to pay what I owed to the vet and see how much was left on my deductible. So easy!
