Amazing Pet Insurance Experience
Such a wonderful experience, with no issues at all. I totally do recommend this to my friends!
Staff is kind and helpful but in the end Trupanion is still not willing to expedite payment so I will still need to take extensive bank loans to pay for procedures on my poor little boy until I get reimbursements.

Staff is great and compassionate unfortunately Trupanion clearly has no interest in rushing payments which is destroying me financially as I have to get huge bank loans at high interest until I get reimbursed.

Signing up was fairly easy. Many of the explanations regarding coverage was ambiguous, even when speaking with your staff. I do find the premium high to relieve to other companies but I have heard excellent reviews about coverage in times of need.
