Policy coverage is misleading…
The policy isn’t very clear with regard to coverage. The policy indicated most things were covered up to 90% but that is not the case. Apparently we need the Wellness Rewards program for better coverage but that wasn’t communicated anywhere. Our pets already have a wellness plan. Unfortunately we only got back about half of the expenses incurred during the emergency visit. We will likely not renew in February.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin today. He was most understanding, patient and accommodating to all my questions, concerns, and the what if. My experience today was nothing short of exceptional. He took his time to talk to me and explain the policy. The cost the deductible and how the company works. I’ve done my research prior to enrolling in fetch and decided for our newest family member and our lifestyle. This was the better company to enrol with.

We have been with Embrace over 15 for years
We have been with Embrace for years. We have been completely satisfied with all aspects of this company, from customer service to covered expenses and to the timeliness of reimbursement. I am however shocked with the increase in our premium, from $155 to $250, with no advance warning of such a steep increase. I called and the reasons given made no sense. A $100 a month increase is quite a shock.

Embrace is very easy to use
Embrace is very easy to use. I signed my pup up as soon as I got him. We've had one illness and I sent in the invoice and got a response to it being covered within just a few days. The reimbursement to me was less than 48hrs from their review. Very easy to use. Great coverage and fast customer service. I have already recommended Embrace to several friends.
