My overall satisfaction with this company is questionable. I have had coverage for my cat for many, many years. He is 18 years old. They seem, at times, to categorize services as wellness sometimes, other times it goes towards illness deductible, etc. My overall experience is they have inconsistent reimbursement, categorizing services randomly.

The customer service personnel which answered questions at the onset of purchasing this insurance was very knowledgeable and helpful.
