I like having peace of mind. Trupanion is a great company. I have recommended them to many people. Great customer service. I never have to wait on hold. I have an answer immediately. Claims are processed within a couple days. I am very happy with Trupanion and have pet insurance with all 3 of my pets through them. I am a very satisfied customer.

Trupanion is the the only dog insurance I have had so I am not able to do a comparison.In addition, immediately following the first claim I submitted my monthly rate increased, then increased again last month. I can understand increasing due to everything else increasing but not because I submitted a claim.
I have paid about $4000 in insurance payments for Lola - go to submit a claim and have a $250 copay and a $215 not covered expense with NO explanation. So got back $333 - not really fair (or worth it).
