Very smooth process to submit medical expense for dental surgery. Payment was very quick. Highly recommend this insurance company. I have used them for 18 years with 3 different dogs.

I have had a good experience with Spot. I looked at a lot of pet insurance plans before picking them. I have had no problems with the insurance itself, but I've had some difficulty getting records to them on line. I'm partly to blame for that as I'm not computer literate and have trouble uploading records from one placs to another. But, once done everything went well and quickly. One comment on the uploads, they ask for the records and invoices separately and mine were more easily(for me) sent together so I sent them together to both sites. No problems there and the claim has been paid. They will also get records from your Vet if you no longer have them and that is a big help. I'm getting a new pup soon and will be in touch with Spot to add her to the policy. They don't have a place on the website to drop a pet from the policy, they require a call, but that went easily and they even refunded the premium I paid after my companion died. I really believe they try to make things easy, but wish they had a fax line for receiving invoices and records.

So happy that I have pet insurance. Sure has helped me take better care of my baby with Pets Best’s help. Pet insurance isn’t cheap but in the long run if your pet has problems, well worth the cost.

Ok the woman was a little short with me and I’m not hiving 5 stars because I don’t know if my issue is fixed yet. A little disappointed because the first I submitted for a refund it was so easy. Now this is too much work.

A pet insurance that actually covers everything!?!
I am shocked, as is my dog's vet, at how much Embrace Pet Insurance covers for my dog's medical services. You always hear horror stories about stingy insurance... well, that's not the case with Embrace! They covered her veterinary behaviorist as well as her ultrasound. All staff members have been prompt and helpful. I am so glad I chose Embrace! As I often remind my friends, you need to get pet insurance before anything goes wrong so it is covered. It's better to have pet insurance and not need it than for an emergency or chronic health condition to occur and not have it. I truly cannot recommend Embrace enough!

This was my first time getting pet insurance and I had a lot of questions and honestly shopped around quite a bit. Fetch was fantastic, especially Monica Ramos, who was the agent that worked with me. She answered every question, took every phone call, and took the time to explain and make sure I understood. An overall wonderful experience!
