Easy claim process
So easy to file...I just uploaded my vet bill and sent it to Pets Best. They notified me by email right away that a claim had been received. Processing was done in a few days and I am completely satisfied with their determination. Very pleased with Pets Best!

I am pleased that Embrace covers what the policy states is covered. The turn around time on claims is swift and everything is explained well. I am very pleased with Embrace pet insurance for my two puppies.

I submitted my claim over a month ago
I submitted my claim o er a month ago. You emailed me that you would get my pet's SOAP from my pet's primary care vet. For unknown reason that failed. My claim was placed on hold. I then got the SOAP and uploaded and emailed it to you within 10 minutes. Two Weeks later myclaim is still shown as on hold. Please process my claim. Please communicate with me.
