Awful to work with
Awful to work with. Increased my premium 200% over two years. When I tried to cancel they still charged me. Horrible to get a hold of anyone. Would not recommend.

I am appalled
I am appalled, I have never submitted an insurance claim for my pet in 16 years until this time. The claim was for $548 ad Embrace refunded my $22???? PLUS before they approved my claim they sent me my renewal cost for the new policy which has now doubled in price. It's time for me to look for another insurance company for my pet.

I called fetch insurance today for the first time & spoke with Rachel Dillard & she was truly so wonderful. She emailed my vet and took care of my claims. She answered all my questions, was professional, very nice & polite. I wish all customer service agents were as good as Rachel!!

Definitely Recommend Embrace!
Embrace helped us out a ton! We adopted our cat a couple of years ago at the age of 10, and she recently needed a couple of teeth pulled due to gingivitis. We knew that she had dental work in her past, which is partially the reason why we decided to opt for pet insurance, although the price point did make me hesitate at the time. I am pleased to say that Embrace paid for itself, covering pretty much the entire bill, save the copay and deductible. They were very timely in their decision (we heard back within 2 weeks moving into holiday season), and communicative regarding potential issues in coverage. I would absolutely recommend Embrace to anyone looking to insure their pet.
