My first experience with pet insurance
The website was down so I called customer service and was greeted by a cheerful and informative lady. She was very helpful; guiding me on what I should do. The whole process was easy and quick. I was very impressed that I sent my claims via email on a Friday night and the claims were processed that same weekend. I received the covered reimbursements within the next 10 days or so. Thank you for an easy process.

I highly recommend Trupanion!
I have recommended Trupanion to several friends with dogs, and they have purchased policies. The Trupanion website is very easy to post claims and the company is very fast in reimbursing for covered medical expenses.
