Consistent, personable services

Every time I call, someone answers right away. They are all friendly, personable, which you don't find very often, much less with such consistency. The only problem I have is the system to upload documents never works, and this has slowed down the process dramatically, and hindered communication.

Peace of mind

My dog was injured and I ended up taking him to the emergency vet during the middle of the night. Of course the cost was high. I was only worried about him that night. But the next day, he was starting to feel better and I was worried about the cost. I filed a claim and the funds came back quickly. I am very grateful for SPOT.

Customer service

I called to check on claim status and to change payment for my renewal due on 1/11/25 and it now appears my policy was cancelled. I do not see an option to renew with my new payment method. Bad communication sadly. I called today and had a fantastic rep , all is good and thank you for the follow up.

I would give -1 if I could

I would give -1 if I could, they tell you one thing to get you to sign up (4dogs) but when it comes time to JUST add to the co pay, not even pay you for any thing, then everything changes! had a new vet that day (that I swear must work for them) said my 3 year old very healthy boy who twisted his neck, have some sort of Orthopedic disease!!! Even after I spoke to the vet and she CORRECTED the paperwork, they were terrible! I cancelled all of my dogs insurance with them. Again, you posted “Pre existing” yet the vet herself told me she corrected that in a letter to you. So I am still very glad I canceled all 4 of my policies with you!
