More pleased and I expected
To be honest, I am surprised at how well this is working. I bought Insurnace a couple of years ago and am just now having to use it. It’s been a little overwhelming trying to get all of the initial documents submitted but now that I’ve got that taken care of, claimed re going through fairly easily and the customer service has been great. Naomi was exceptional. Very compassions and patient and helpful. Ty fetch! Ty Naomi!

Emergency care for dog's pneumonia
I had a great experience regarding my dog's emergency care for pneumonia. Pet's Best was very responsive. It was easy to file my pet's emergency vet bill, and Pet's Best was quick to compensate me.

Tinker Bell’s Cough
Our 8 year old cat, Tinker Bell, developed a mysterious cough which took two vet visits and an ER visit to resolve. Having Pet's Best allowed us to choose the best possible treatment for her without worrying about money because we knew Pets Best would have our back. She is doing much better now!

I’ve been a policyholder for three years and took my dog to get a small lump on her right forearm And after spending $2100 at the vet, the portion of the insurance was declined because the vet didn’t have appropriate documentation on his well visit exam No money was paid in claim coverage towards the vet bill after I spent over $4000 in premiums I wasn’t offered a cent towards my dogs vet bill.

They refused to cover my street rescue…
They refused to cover my street rescue pup when he got the respiratory illness that was plaguing dogs in 2023 bc he had a documented COUGH when I first got him and during his 30 day wait period. It had been months that he had recovered from the initial cough before the respiratory illness that cost me thousands. Then January 1, 2024, he starts limping. We go through months of diagnostics and possibly treatments. I try to file all the bills but continually keep getting kicked off the app and site. Help line consistently has long wait time but I understood that I had 365 days from vet visit to file for reimbursement. WRONG! Denied, again! I can't switch to another company bc now he's got multiple pre existing conditions 😡
