Simple and straightforward
The site was very user friendly. I've heard only good things about Trupanion so far. I really liked being able to customize my deductible to lower my premium. I also like how the plan itself is sufficient to have coverage without having to get all kinds of extras.

Fantastic Service
We’ve had to use Trupanion on a few occasions and they’ve always been very caring and helpful especially when we’ve been so stressed worrying about our pets. Our reimbursements for the vet bills were promptly deposited into our bank account which was fantastic.
