50/50 on if I would use Trupanion again
Claim experience was fine. I’m just still upset over a past claim on another pet. Not paying because they had previous bit wounds before insurance went into effect

Excellent experience. Great staff.
Every time I make a claim I am always told that it was received. Which is good to know.
Payments are made right away and if it has to be reviewed is quickly as well.
So, I am very happy with processing time.
