The guy who helped me on the phone was great!! And the text support as well. A couple errors were made on the policy, but it was cleared up right away. Really great experience so far
The folks at Trupanion have been great! I really feel they can about me and the well being of my pet. It's reassuring. So glad Mattie's Place got me to sign up. My girl will have surgery in the spring which has already been preauthorized. I would recommend Trupanion to anyone, particularly those who take on rescues and haven't raised them from pups.
The claims process was good. We had a little trouble with them not pre-approving the ER costs because they couldn’t get medical records from our family vet since they were closed and the Emergency Vet had to phone to straighten things out. Apart from that it was good and the vet direct billed them.
