Trupanion was wonderful throughout. The agent I spoke to re transfer to acute was not very helpful or reassuring in helping to explain how to bridge the claim to the acute care hospital when I was in distress. I have always found the agents extremely empathetic and kind. She and I may have just been having a bad day. Otherwise wonderful as always:)
TruPanion was quick to do a pre-auth for my claim and outline what was not covered and why. Most of my costs were covered and the refund cheque came in the mail within one week. Overall a great experience, very happy I chose TruPanion.
