The good and the bad
Easy to complete claim forms. Good communication. Coverage as expected. Timely. BUT problems with APP. Uninstaller and reinstalled...no help. Site opens to main page picture only. No way to get in and view claims etc.

These guys are horrible
These guys are horrible. Not only do they deny claims based upon “preexisting conditions,” but their representatives are not knowledgeable on the intricate details of the policies. I guess most insurance companies are evil. Preexisting conditions should be covered, especially if they are conditions that every dog experiences.

The ease of submitting claims, paperwork, updating the file. I wish all apps were like this. The actual humans who work customer service are kind, helpful, professional. They help a great deal to make sure in case there is a paperwork issue that it gets resolved quickly. I recommend aspca to everyone.
