Pets Best makes it very easy to file a claim through the app. When I needed to speak to someone, they were very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.
They do what they say.
I have 3 dogs with spot insurance and one puppy broke his leg and they paid right away and was very helpful with the claim. And now my other dog had a hernia and had to get it fixed and they were great with that bill. I recommend this insurance highly. They helped me greatly. Thank you Spot Pet insurance.
