THAT is very misleading, and I believe it is meant to lead people to believe their rates will never increase (unless they change their deductible).
I do not like nor respect a play on words. I believe you should disclose that rates may (will) change, but not because of age or being unlucky.
I almost decided to go with another company just for the simple fact of the deceptive play on words.
I truly feel there is a better more honest way of advertising this without being so deceiving.
