Spot has been great helping out with my lil doggo! I like that I can just submit a claim through the app and know that I’ll be getting a check soon. It’s expensive to have our furry friends looked after but this has helped with that financial burden.

Excellent Customer Service
First, it was super easy to get connected to a representative. Second, the customer service representative, Amanda, was just fantastic. She was able to answer all my questions, tell me what I needed to do in the future, and was really concerned that Fetch was meeting my needs. I was trying to add an AARP discount to the policy and Amanda was able to explain when, and how to go about doing this. She really was just awesome. Thank you!!!!
