Waiting period applies
There is a waiting period that applies, so do not think you can bet this insurance and use it in less than a couple of weeks. Did not really look for fine print, so it may be in there somewhere, but it was not something that jumped out at me.

Bad service
When I paid for the insurance, I took it in case I needed to do something urgent for my cat. And it so happened that I had to visit the emergency once. I paid everything myself and sent an insurance claim for a refund. I had to wait almost 2 months for a response, first to receive information that there were not enough documents, and then a decline. It is very difficult to contact support. When I asked to cancel the subscription, they told me that I had to complete a quest to cancel. In general, it looks like a scam scheme.

Submitted my first three vet visits within a two week span. Two emergency visits and one wellness visit. They processed all claims within a week! They told me it would be longer fir the first time so I am impressed.
