My boy Avery
My boy Avery, (cat), got a severe reaction to fumes when I was water proofing my shoes. Please be aware cats are highly sensitive to smells from air fresheners to chemical fumes. Embrace paid their share of the bill very quickly almost $4000. Thank you Nick for the very nice sympathy card.

SHOP AROUND. The longer you have Embrace claims or not, the higher the cost; rate increased $45/mo
The problem is... cost. Embrace is more expensive each year and LESS if you go somewhere else or RESTART YOUR POLICY. My dog has NO preexisting conditions so i asked why the $40/mo rate increase? Answer...."the longer you have your policy the more likely to use it" so if youve paid for years your rate goes up regardless of claim history. MY dog is 3 and has been with Embrace since puppy.i have had few claims but got a policy at Pumpkin (sister company) for $40/mo less... Makes NO sence youd think the longer you had them with little to no claims the better your rate would be.....not Im going toshop around/likely change every year

"What a great piece of mind Pets Best insurance has been for me. I have a Labrador Retriever, Willow that has been unfortunate to need TPLO surgery for a torn CCL. Not once but twice this has happened in a 3 year period. Not only was I able to get the best Surgeon around to perform the surgery I had the best insurance around that helped me pay for 90% of the cost. When Willow was a baby, I signed up for Pets Best and have been extremely happy with their easy claims process and fast response time for payment! I would be stressing about the cost of the surgeries had it not been for Pets Best Insurance!! I highly recommend Pets Best to any animal owner that wants the best for their family member!! Thanks for the easy claim process and fast turnaround!"
