Great insurance - easy to file, great customer service, fast payment
This was a great insurance experience. The claim was easy to file and very straightforward. Customer service was excellent. Transparency (not many insurers strong suit) was excellent. I would recommend them totally.

Quick care and refund
My dog Penny recently had a very expensive surgery and healthy paws covered the entire cost of the surgery (minus deductible and my individual plan of 80% coverage). I received the money In my account within a week of filing the claim.
It was genuinely so comforting knowing I didn’t have to worry about the care I got for my pet. I’ve never had a single issue with their refund/coverage policies and this one surgery was worth almost 7 years of the monthly payment I make, so it’s 100% worth the money.

So relieved
I was so relieved that we had this insurance and they took care of everything for us. One less step for us to worry about. We were very emotional at the time of Byron's surgery and could not imagine having to worry about finances at a time like this. So thankful and appreciative.

Do not purchase this insurance
They don't really cover anything. I have been reimbursed maybe $150.00 out of over $700.00 in claims. They claim that an ear infection was a pre-existing condition. My dog has had their coverage since we got him. The first claim i ever filed was a wellness claim. The ear infection was not pre-existing. I will be changing his insurance at the beginning of 2022 since i have already met the $500.00 deductible for this policy. Terrible coverage. They take forever to process the claims as well.
