Would be five stars if it was easier to…
Would be five stars if it was easier to figure out how to change my financial information for check delivery. I was robbed and my information/credit cards/etc. put on the dark web. I need to change it, but I don’t know how to get to the site to change the information.

Thank you for helping me through a terrible 48 hours
When I enrolled my cat, Simba, with Trupanion, I honestly thought I’d go years without ever needing to file a claim. He’s just a little over a year old. In theory, I should have nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, last Sunday we found ourselves in the emergency room because he was having multiple seizures within a 24 hour timeframe. He needed a consult with the neurologist, two nights of hospitalization, and further diagnostic testing to investigate what was causing his sudden seizure activity. He needed extensive, round the clock medical care. That level of care comes at a steep price. Around $4,000. I am the type of pet owner who would do whatever is necessary to save them. But right now, $4,000 worth of treatments was too far out of reach for our budget. Without Trupanion, Simba’s care would have been compromised. Enrolling him was truly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Because of Trupanion, we were able to rule out several potential causes and develop a long-term treatment plan for his epilepsy. All without worrying about how to pay for it. His seizures are now under control, and he’s back home being his mischievous self again. When I called the support line the night we got home from the emergency room, the member specialist I spoke to was so patient and compassionate with my situation. She helped me expedite his claim from his first visit so that it would be applied to his deductible in a matter of hours, allowing me to leave the emergency hospital paying less thanks to Vet Direct Pay. Thank you for helping me and my family when our world was crashing down. Your level of care for pets is truly amazing and please don’t ever change!
