Do not Purchase this Insurance
This pet insurance is the worst pet insurance company i have ever worked with. Their app never works, their new "online automated" system is a joke. I have been working on the same insurance claim for over 90 days. They asked me to re-open it 6 different times because they closed it after saying they didn't have enough documentation. When I send them all the documentation, the files don't get associated with the proper claim. THEN to make matters even worse if you try and call them you will wait on hold for no less than 30 minutes (doesn't matter time of day). The person on the phone will tell you it is sorted, and then incorrectly change the claim. SO now 1 claim that i am looking for coverage on because my dog had emergency care is probably going to sit in a dark admin abyss because they system says I am trying ot make a claim for a date range that spans 3 years. They asked me for 3 years of medical records, and they attached it to a claim so now it looks like I want reimbursement for all 3 years which I don't! I just want 1 date covered.

So thankful we have Trupanion!
Stella was not herself for the last week or so, barely touching food which is very weird for her. So we brought her to the vet and they ran blood work, fecal tests, gave her an anti nausea and recommended some vet food for her. Needless to say the bill stacked up fast and soon we owed over $500. Doesn’t seem like much but for us it was. Thankfully we have trupanion pet insurance and they helped cover some of the bill. Even though it wasn’t all the of the bill every little bit helps and this made us paying off her visit that much easier.
I honestly sleep so much better at night knowing that trupanion has our and stellas back!!

Saved my dog and my bank account
