What to expect from Fetch Pet Insurance
Every time I call and speak with a representative they are helpful, kind, patient and empathetic towards mine and Barons needs. Today Don took the time to explain and make sure I understood and was happy and satisfied with my insurance plan. We have been customers now coming on our first year with Fetch and I am a happy customer that does not need to worry about my furr baby. Even with all the inflation and increase of payments Fetch is still the best bang for your buck with minimal reimbursement time!

Rachel was poised and extremely capable.
Rachel was helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful in helping me file my puppy’s claim. I am not technologically competent, and couldn’t seem to “upload” records from my vet. Rachel stayed with me on the call while I tried many times. Then she proposed emailing one document to her, then she called my vet to get the rest. I received confirmation from her of these steps the same afternoon. Throughout our call she was patient and compassionate. It seems to me that your company is lucky to have her on your staff.

Stephanie was AMAZING!! Very Knowledgeable and kind to my distress about leaving another insurance Company I have been with for over 20 years, they just have no coverage for my furbabies. Our Labradoodle is 7 and we have had Embrace insurance for 5+ consecutive years. During the 2nd half of 2024 Embrace raised our premium from $123.81 to $173.19 (40%). Our coverage is annual benefits of $10,000, a $500 deductible and 80% reimbursement rate. Were we enroll our dog today with Embrace, our premium for the same coverage would be $119.98. The way companies such as Embrace keep you hooked/locked in is through a pre-existing conditions clause......since we filed claims during the past 5+ years for giardia and anaplasmosis, these are considered pre-existing conditions should we choose to get coverage elsewhere.....so we remain captives of Embrace. Even so, a 40% rate increase is excessive in my book, especially when there is no apparent attempt by Embrace to justify it. Certainly our per's claim experience doesn't.

Talking to a person to answer all my questions. Rebecca was so nice to talk to explaining everything I wanted to know. I had done a lot of checking of other pet companies. Prudent was the only one who texted me and asked about what I needed. I have just signed up and Rebeca assured me if I had any questions I could always call and talk to a person about anything. I would check them out if you’re thinking about insurance for your pet.

The best pet insurance!
Amazing company--I will never have any other pet insurance! My dog has been insured with Healthy Paws since he was a puppy and they have always quickly reimbursed us for little issues here and there. He is now a senior and had to have an emergency lifesaving surgery. I just submitted everything like always, even though the amounts I was asking to be reimbursed were immensely higher than are ordinary claim, and Healthy Paws took care of reimbursements almost immediately. They then reached out to see how my buddy was recovering after such a big surgery, which was beyond thoughtful. Excellent service and a company that clearly puts pets and their customers first.
