Wonderful coverage and customer service!
My vet submits the claim and I had the option of getting a check or having it deposited in my account. I had to do very little. As soon as the claim is submitted I get notified that it is under advisement. Then I get an email saying the procedure was covered or not.

Worth the peace of mind!!
When we decided to adopt a corgi, I knew after researching the breed I wanted to buy pet insurance. Trupanion was the only policy I could find that pays up to 100% with no cap on payouts.
When my corgi was nearly eight months old, he started vomiting one night into the next morning. We did not think twice about how much it might cost to have him seen. We took him to the Emergency Vet. Trupanion paid 100%.
He continued to throw up after the special diet so we took him back and they admitted him for observation. The vet was so happy when we told her we had pet insurance and wanted to do whatever needed to be done to help our boy. He ended up having a blockage of a whole small potato and Trupanion again paid 100%.
They have customers for life. We are beyond grateful and will be telling all of our pet friends about Trupanion!!
